1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on kayethelpeptides.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Purchaser") and Kayethel Peptides ("Kayethel Peptides," "we," "us").

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by Kayethel Peptides are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, food additives, cosmetics, or veterinary products. They are not intended for human or animal administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher, affiliated with a recognized academic, governmental, pharmaceutical, or private research institution;
• Products will be used solely for lawful in-vitro research;
• You will not resell, redistribute, or administer products to humans or animals;
• You are at least 18 years of age.

3. Researcher Qualification

Kayethel Peptides reserves the right to require institutional affiliation verification, including but not limited to an institutional email address, department name, and statement of research purpose, before processing any order. Orders that cannot be verified may be declined or canceled at our sole discretion.

4. Product Information & Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, purity specifications, molecular weights, and Certificates of Analysis (COA) are accurate. However, Kayethel Peptides does not warrant that product descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. Batch-specific COAs are the definitive reference for each shipment.

5. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of order. Orders are subject to acceptance; we may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected non-research use, inventory limitations, or pricing errors.

6. Shipping & Handling

Peptide reagents are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging where required. Risk of loss passes to the Purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Kayethel Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. Cold-chain products must be inspected and stored per label instructions immediately upon receipt.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, research articles, logos, and software — is the property of Kayethel Peptides or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kayethel Peptides, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kayethel Peptides from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of products, violation of these Terms, or breach of any applicable law or regulation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
